Really liking the result I got tweaking the first patch from this DN bass tutorial.
I wasn’t enamoured with it the first time I heard it, but I went back to save these patches as references and this time it really worked. In the end I think I only needed some chorus to get what I wanted from it. The lesson here is always listen to patches in the mix before making a judgment.
