Hello All,
I’m supplying various CV to the ext.ins and not getting any response in the visual feedback in the prefs section of the kit.
I’ve tried bog standard LFOs and various other modulating voltages into either of the Control In ports without success.
Cntrl in1 and cntrl in 2 are set to CV with min 000 and Max 5000 which should equate to 0v and 5v but still have nothing, the signals coming in are of sufficient strength.
What might I be missing ?

You need to clarify this, if you mean the actual Ext Ins then those are for external audio
If you are using CV as a control input you need to use the, CV Exp inputs which you do suggest you do on the following line anyway
TBH i just looked to see what could be missing and it works just fine for me - i set a CV LFO up on the CV track and used a standard TS - TS 1/4" cable between CV-A out and CV-in1 and they were both set to 0-1v just for expediency, the feedback is fine at both the modulation configuration and also at the visual setup of teh input voltage range (although i couldn’t deselect bipolar)
Nonetheless, it sounds like you have accounted for all of these steps where something could be missed - maybe just describe a simple test like mine, but methodically starting from a new project describe every step (the minimum possible)using only the onboard CV and a TS-TS cable and see how that goes.
Be sure to describe your cabling if different from above
The thing that was missing was me plugging them into EXT in not CONTROL in lol
