Deleted my sample from Incoming Directory but sample still shows on sample slot 127–how can i clear the sample slot?
Finally is there any way to increase volume on a user sample
Please Note
“sample page level at 127” does not make it much louder ; should i optimise the sample volume in computer before transferring via C6?

You can browse the sample pool in the sample manager and unload a sample slot. In the sample manager you press the left arrow button to switch between the pool and the +drive. Right menu gives you the option to unload a slot.
Apart from track and sample levels you could use the overdrive but it’s a good idea to normalize the sample on your computer if it’s to low.
