Digitakt Advanced MIDI Setup

Hi all,

I’d like to use my Digitakt in a compact setup with the Arturia Microfreak in the following way:

  • Digitakt as Groovebox/MIDI clock/Pattern sequencer
  • Microfreak as sound engine AND
  • Microfreak as keyboard

When I connect Digitakt MIDI out to MF MIDI in, and MF Midi out to Digitakt MIDI in the Digitakt simply crashes.

What do I have to pay attention to/What am I doing wrong?

Can you please provide all your MIDI settings for both devices?

You probably need to set the Local Control settings of the Microfreak to off
