Digitakt as Audio Interface via Overbridge in DAW

How have people’s experiences been so far?

I’m getting a lot of crackling noises on my recordings in Ableton 10 no matter what the sample rate is set to. I thought it was a trade off between buffer size vs latency but it seems like I get crackling noises no matter what.

It seems to be not as bad when just tracking sequences from the Digitakt, sometimes there are no issues at all, but when I plug external synths through the inputs it gets worse quickly.

Any thoughts? Am I missing something obvious?

It’s been alright for me, and I’ve been running A4 mk 1 and DT OB.

Occasionally in the private beta there would be some glitching, but it wasn’t frequent.

That being said, I haven’t experimented with the latest iteration and some bugs might have popped up

Ah turns out the crackling only comes from the L & R out of the Digitakt into the monitors. I thought I was going crazy and even downloaded a trial of the Izotope RX De-crackler to repair my track lol

So overall I’m happy with Overbridge. Workflow is x100 faster now.

Still interested in people’s thoughts on how it holds up as an interface. How do people find the sound quality of the A > D convertors ?
