I’m trying to send cc#29 on Modor NF1m (delay filter) and for some reason Digitakt sends cc#70 as a part of all its controller messages which, on the NF1m corresponds to noise level and to oscillator modulation on the NL3 so I’m getting a load of noise added to the patch and other undesirable effects depending on which synth I’m using. If I send the same controller from the NF1m cc#29 is sent but not cc#70. Why does DT send cc#70 with every message? PeterHanes?
In the DT MIDI settings you can choose whether the DT knobs send MIDI data Internally, Externally, or Internally + Externally
It sounds like yours might be set to Int + Ext, resulting in CC#70 (CC Value 1) + CC#29 (your assigned cc#)
If you switch the midi knob setting to internal, you will only send midi cc29, and your knob movements won’t be sent via cc#70
