Digitakt midi sync latency (DAWless)

My only guess is that it does have something to do with Beatmaker 3 or the iPad etc.

Is BM3 receiving clock from the Digitakt? Or sending clock? Or just acting as a recorder? Idk it’s been awhile since I’ve used Beatmaker so I’m not familiar.

I was trying to resolve an audio desync this morning/last night and reading this reply sparked an epiphany.

“Oh right! Latency!”

Dropped the latency for my interface and like a switch being flipped, the audio synced up!
