Digitakt mute audio vs. trig

Hey there,

Currently when you mute on the Digitakt, even if you unmute, the sounds will not play again until there is another trig, even if the samples was long enough. Is there a way to I guess volume mute, rather than trig mute? Similar to if you were able to instntly cut volume on the mixer and bring it back with a press, and hear where it left off. If the Digitakt can’t do this, can the Octa?

Yes, you can use the track toggles in the Route To Main page (in Settings) as audio mutes

And yes, OT in general mutes audio whereas on DT it’s trigs

I personally have a preference for getting tales (trig mutes DT like) than cutting audio abruptly (OT like).
But it might be a feature request (3rd mute mode?)

Thanks, that is a better title than what I had misspelled there (auto instead of audio).
