I wanted that too but the other day I decided to use the MIDI output of a sample track next time I need to do that.
Crap, just checked and I donāt think sample tracks support MIDI output. Disregard

No, you used to be able to quick access the trackās sample parameter with FUNC+SRC.

i was only thinking the other day how the machine concept is such a core signature thing for elektron, and an amazing one at that.
it hadnāt occured to me that machines might ever be added to DT.
