Digitone 1.21 error right out the box

Hello, first time posting here. Just received DN from Sweetwater. I’m getting no sound whatsoever, and the sequencer does not run. I’m not even seeing the bpm button blink as it is always doing on the digitakt. I’ve tried factory reset, updating, plugging it into different outlets, and when I boot it up in safe mode I get the error in the image attached. Anyone else get this? I’m waiting on a reply to my ticket but wondering if I’m alone here.

Wow. Have you already contacted Elektron support? If not, I think you have to write a ticket, dear.
There are chances that they’re in holidays, though, so you’d possibly want to return the package directly to your seller as defective.

I had the same error on my 1st DN, right when they became available. It had to be exchanged.
