Digitone bass volume issue

greets,

is anyone having a volume issues with the digitone Bass sounds when maxing the master volume ( top right knob)… when I but the master volume past 12 o’clock the bass sounds mute. Is this a setting issue ?

Does it happen on headphones as well as external outs? Not somehow maxing out whatever it’s going into are you?

Volume on mine is at 3pm as standard, not seen anything like the issue you’re having.
