I recently bought a used Digitone Keys, for some reason it crashes when I enter a chord into a trigger with the arpeggiator. Anyone here with the same problem? I have the latest firmware installed (1.32A).
Made a short video to showcase the bug/crash:
after watching video i want to stress that you gotta wait around 30 seconds before turning DN on again.
it usually wont boot if you switch it on right after you turned it off.
and if it does boot, it might glitch/crash randomly.
i just tried this with regular DN, non keys, works fine.
arp never crashed my unit though ive seen a few people having this problem before on the forum, so i assume its a known issue at elektron support.
creating a support ticket is the fastest way to fix your machine and prevent this from happening in the future.
