DIgitone Keys isn't recongnized as an interface in daw

I downloaded the latest update awhile ago, my brothers digitone works but mine doesnt? Running bitwig 3, it connects to standalone overbridge just fine. Works for windows audio but not for asio.

Beacuse you say works for windows Im a correct I can say that it is recognised as an audio interface by your pc ?
If yes, can’t you select your digitone as audio interface in bitwig?

When you try to use it in daw, the dnk isn’t recognized

sorry man but that video is not clear enough for me,I cant see wat you can select in that pop up menu
