Digitone Overbridge

Hi all

Just set my digitone up to logic & GarageBand.

Seen all the threads on here madness I feel sorry for people who have wasted there time setting this up.

My set up is to have audio input on each track and set up an external instrument as my midi channel.

So 1 set up audio track input 1&2 (this will be the stereo mix for all digitone
2 set up audio track input 3&4 this will be T1 on digitone
3 audio track input 5&6 this will be T2
And so on

This is a simple way to separate audio for each track.

I know it’s simple but it’s all I need it for. I only use it for simple song ideas, but to be fair it does sound good and very different in logic
Hope this helps and should get you going

I don’t have DN, thinking about buying it…

I have a question about overbridge, so if someone can help me pls?

Is it possible to send DN’s internal channels (4 stereo channels) over OB to a DAW and at the same time connect a synth to DN’s inputs and send that pair of channels to the DAW and at the same time use another usb interface for recording other hardware synth?

To simplify, could i at the same record into a DAW:

  1. DN internal tracks over OB
  2. Input that goes into DN over OB
  3. Other HW synth over another USB interface

Thnx!

  1. Yes
  2. Yes
  3. Yes

Uuh yeah thnx! I’m gonna buy it then!

I was missing a pair of inputs on my 4-ch interface and i was planning to buy an 8-ch interface but now I’m thinking it’s better to buy a DN instead; id have the needed inputs and a DN! Good goood

Note that when using OB, the FX of all your Tracks are going to be on the same FX Track in your DAW unless you record them individually.
