Digitone Right Output, Weak Signal

Hello,

I just bought my Digitone within the past few days 2nd hand. Cosmetically, looks great, no issues. When I connected it to my Scarlett 18i20, I noticed that the right output signal is very weak compared to the left. I am using TR cables to connect and have switched out cables and still the same result. My Digitakt was previously utilizing the the two channels on my Scarlett so I know it’s not my interface. I was hoping that a more experienced user could shed some light and help out a newbie!

You checked the panning and different patches?

Worth a factory reset if that fails.

Thank you for the responses. Yes, I have checked the panning. Will doing a factory reset erase any of the additional sound packs that were installed on the machine?
