Digitone won't boot up - flashing lights

Hey all,
Just received a Digitone I ordered. It was a demo model, but it was from a major American retailer and I’ve never had issues with that before. Anyway, it won’t boot up correctly. Instead, when I turn it on, I get these flashing lights:

I’ve already tried different power outlets, made sure the cord is fully plugged in, and tried to use the startup menu (doesn’t work). I know I can return it, so this isn’t a huge deal. But is there anything else I should try to get this working?

I was hoping to make some quarantine tunes. Trying to avoid the week or two delay it’ll take to get this replaced.

Looks like it’s in test mode. Gimme a sec and I’ll check how to get back out of it

The shop probably did a test before sending it and didn’t exit that mode. Try it

Thanks for checking this out! Sadly trig 5 is not getting me out of this mode, though.

Hmm. If you’ve tried all the options laid out below, I would raise a support ticket at Elektron.se if you still have time. If not, send the unit back to the store
