Does the USB Port give power for devices?

I have a miniature MIDI/CV controller (the KMI QuNexus). It can be powered by USB for standalone use.

I don’t want to use the QuNexus through USB, just power it. Would the Octatrack USB port do this?

No. OT is a USB peripheral device (like a flash drive), not a USB host (like a computer).
