DT main audio stops working with OB

Hi Everyone,

I’m trying to figure out why this happens, so I can fix it.
I want to know if others have seen the same issue before I file a support ticket.

Macos 10.15.6
Bitwig Studio 3.2.7
DT firmware 1.20A

Basically about once an hour with OB, I lose main audio of the DT and need to either disable and enable OB mode (which crashes Bitwig about 50% of the time), or power cycle the DT (which crashes Bitwig about 20% of the time).

When this happens I notice that in the OB control panel the input channels are showing audio, and the output channels are not. Top screen is normal, and bottom screen is when it stops working.

I have not lost work because of this, but it really breaks the flow of writing music, as you have to stop, save everything, then try to get audio back.

Send a support ticket with as much information as possible. I had a similar issue with M:S (but not OB, of course), but support were super helpful. This seems like a bug to me, so it’s always best to log it.
