As with most things Elektron, i find, its mostly user error, but is there a reason why the dynamix setting would reset themselves?
you mean of their own volition? no. they reset when you reload the kit – intentionally, or for example if you don’t save the kit before switching to a pattern that uses a different one.
the question is, why would you want the dynamix to reset itself. this way magick lies. 
ok, so master effects are saved with each kit?
i thought they were global for some reason
