Elektron Transfer..Explore Tab missing!?

When I open Transfer 1.4.01 …and connect my Model Samples I only see the Connection and Drop tabs. I cannot access ANY other options. The sysex drop page will load files into into Transfer but they dont transfer to the unit. Am i going crazy, help desperately needed.

Have you got the latest firmware on the m:s ? You definitely need that.

Thanks Bibenu…I am trying to Upgradefrom the Start up menu. The unit says its “ready to receive”…and the manual says to “send the Sysex file to the unit using the midi in port”…but it doesnt say how to do that. Seriously just not getting this.

Just set the MS to receive the upgrade, then drag n drop the sysex file into the Transfer app.

If it doesn’t work you can try sending with C6, Sysex Librarian or some similar app…

Thanks Enaughts…got it loading. Just had to drag the sysex from the desktop into Transfer…Now another problem, best make that another post.
