Would the SoundSystems be sourced locally or on/off boarded from the ship for each event? A good friend has a massive rig currently 6x 22” subwoofers!! Crystal clear at 115db, not fatiguing at all!
Every cruise ship plague ship over 200’ should be sent to Bangladesh environmentally sensitive recycling.
I love the water and boats (ideally, sail powered) but cruise ships have never not been a disease vector.
I suspect the winning plan would be to find a spot in Morocco / Algeria / Tunisia with clusters of rental houses and large open spaces where no one will complain about noise.
