Sure, it’s an expensive combo, but might as well get what you love and pour your energy into really learning them. Better than having a whole studio of lesser synths, dusty from neglect.

I took the end cheeks off my syntrx and I think it looks much better without them. You might need to put some rubber feet on it though because I believe the feet are on the cheeks.

I’m colourblind as feck (diagnostic terminology) so it’s pretty pointless either way, but, what actual colour is this machine?
I thought it was grey, but now it looks pink.
So yeah, what do you owners say?

I gave a shiet and sanded the end cheeks and applied some wood oil to them. I think they look better now.
The original finishing was a bit meh IMO.

It’s pretty much halfway between blue and green, but light.
Not a million miles from the blue accents on this website, actually

It seems like the Perkons alone can create quite complete tracks as the voices can play so many roles.
How has the user experience been regarding that for those who already have one?
Been telling myself that I don’t want let alone need another synth anytime soon and while that’s entirely true I just cannot help but to lust after this.
Paired with the Syntrx it must be a killer combo. I just keep picturing them side by side, the possibilities they’d offer and the way they’d look and sound together.
Both of them are such nice looking instruments and I’m a sucker for stuff like that.
