I’m using a Keystep pro as master clock and transport. I use DT primarily for drums and as a midi sequencer. But I’m having a problem doing real-time midi recording on the DT using the Keystep transports.
On a midi channel, I put the DT in record, then hit play on the Keystep. The DT starts to play with the record light on, but it doesn’t record midi notes from the keyboard. However, if I use the DT transports instead of the Keystep, it records midi as expected.
Can the DT record with an external transport?
