Filter and Overdrive mods?

Hi,

I wonder if there are circuit modification which one could do on the filter/overdrive?
I own A4 mk1 and there are two things that I wish to change:

  • the filter1 resonance seems to go up when the filter cutoff goes up, and I find it difficult to perform because of that
  • I’m not so fan of the feedback structure of the overdrive, and I prefer typical germanium based distortion like in MXR distortion +

Maybe dumb question, but: Have you tried turning off “Resonance Boost” in sound settings?

Yes, I always do that.
