When I previously owned a Digitakt this feature hadn’t been added yet. I’ve been experimenting with it on the Syntakt and the main thing I’ve been using it for is with pads to delay the opening of the filter to add movement and variation in the sound. Together with LFO (with fade in/out) this can really help pads evolve and change over time.
I’m curious though, what other uses does this parameter have? I can’t see it being that useful with percussive sounds as they’re usually quite short. What do you guys use this parameter for?
