I just had my first and quite pleasing but not so easy experience with Overbridge. I did the setup within my DAW (FL) … first i had some hick-ups with Overbridge, but now i works fine … i now can easily setup the plugin as i wan’t and its fun to edit and going into deeper regions of the synths (AR, A4, DT & AH) (automation-lanes!!!) - but - i don’t like the sound thru USB - it’s somehow degraded and unnatural - i cannot help myself, don’t know how to explain it … so sequencing via DAW: yes, it opens up a whole new universe - not restricted to pushing and holding buttons and setting a certain amount of parameter-values, but all other things via my mixer and outboard will be fine though - as always 
it’s getting better every time, it’s like putting multiple layers of parameters above each - reaching a critical point - it’s a melting pot
