When you turn MD on if you ever get a screen with stripes on it that says it’s initializing (as if you just bought it) then that means the snapshot is corrupted.
I solved it by transferring all my kits and patterns to the computer and recreating the snapshot on a new one.
Now it no longer initializes on startup. Thought it was the X.05 firmware originally, or a weak battery. (The battery’s pretty new.)
