Probably ran into a firmware bug but it’s a first time and I have no idea how. I’ll see if I can find a pattern, if it reoccurs. It’s one of my skills 
Nice to hang out with you all! Now if they only added a cup holder to the OB6, would be perfect.

Funny. One of my first jobs was tech support over the phone. The first step was always to tell the customer to make sure it was plugged in and the second step was to turn it off and back on. Probably 90% of the time problem solved. So really my job was just telling people to turn stuff off and back on. Too bad you figured this out before I saw this thread or I could have put my skills to good use again lol!
