I am thinking of a specific situation: having unwanted self-resonance muted when improvising with midi-muting. This is when any of the steps may be the last one and its resonance setting stay as the sound ends.
There are workarounds to control that
- unmute at least one note on the other midi channel if they share an audio channel.
- have pattern linked with sound-locks and trigger a lo-resonance sound assigned to the track. The sound could be mute as an alternative.
Both require quick intervention after each midi mute, or selectively when the last step had an above-threshold setting.
Any other ways?
Sounds like an update feature request.
