This poll us too flawed. It’s more fun just generally bigging up great MCs.
Also don’t rate segregating male and female MCs. It contributes to this situation where we can only have one female rapper in the mainstream at a time, battling it out against the other one, both of whom must have been stripper’s. I know it’s not the intention of the OP… Just offering some food for thought.

Idk about that. The problem exists, but with just one poll you might only get one name, with two at least you see a bunch. I think that’s basically the usual theory, if you have a pre-existing situation where there is under-representation, then dividing the arena at least creates a space for the underrepresented to compete. Downside, of course, is often everyone just pays attention to the man-things.
The answer is clearly a rap-battle forum for gender balanced duos.
