HI All,
I just got an “open box” model:cycles. It looks basically untouched, but there are no factory presets. Whoever “opened the box” must’ve deleted them. I’d love to have them obviously, as a way to backwards engineer/learn how to use this thing. Anyone know how to download them? I can’t find anything on the elektron page or with a google search.

Register the unit using the serial number on the device at Elektron.se (it’s easy to create an account if you haven’t already got one), then under Sound Packs, you should have all the factory sounds available to download.
Alternatively (if that doesn’t work - never tried it), it looks like you can do this on the unit itself:

I mistakenly visited a Sweetwater page instead of referring to to manual, and it didn’t relay that info.
