How to prevent Digitakt triggering midi sequencer?

Hi team! I am trying to use volca keys or korg monologue through digitakt midi channel.
I found a problem with triggering sequencer through midi - each time when I push play button on digitakt, it trigger sequencer on my midi devices, how I can stop this, and trigger only notes and chords with out triggering sequencer?

I’ve encountered the same for sequencing RD-8 from digitakts midi channels. Didn’t find a solution, hence the workaround I’ve used is to empty the RD-8 sequence.

Turn off midi clock send on DT or midi clock receive on the other device.

Thanks for aiming!
I found where it can be switched off, it is not a clock, but it is “menu > midi config > sync > transport send” must be turned off.

Yes my wording could have been better - midi clock is the actual message type, but you were right to elucidate in the context of actual DT settings.

Bear in mind there may be some instances where you want the DT to send sync though, so turning off clock/sync reception on another device might be a better solution if that is the case.

Your wording couldn’t have been much better there though. Bravo!

Aargh… too obvious :joy:… switched Rd-8 sync to INT and problem solved.
Thanks!
