How to run 2 x Virus Ti within Ableton via USB

Hey guys,

I’m having trouble getting the Virus TI PLugin to run for both my Virus TI2 Desktop and my Virus TI Polar via usb. I can see both of the devices within Device Manager but once I have loaded the Virus TI plugin once, it fails to load a second time stating “No Virus Ti can be found”. Am i missing something? They are both running 5.1.7.

Is this on Windows? My assumption would be that they’re working as ASIO soundcards, which you can only have one of - you’d need to use something like ASIO4ALL to merge the devices.

I’ve not used a Virus over USB though so this is just a guess.

Thanks foe the help, but they work via their own VST plugin, whilst keeping my main interface as the ASIO driver. I’ve since got them working in BitWig no problem, just Ableton 10.1 isn’t playing ball.
