Impossible to configure A4 inputs in OB

Hi,
I have an Analog four recognized by OB (green dot) but it is impossible to change configuration, I always get the message “impossible to apply configuration”. I can’t have a single input working :frowning:
A4 is connected directly to usb port of macbook air with electron usb cable.
No hub and no other usb devices connected.

It’s weird because I also have an analog rytm and it is working perfectly with OB :

I tried to reinstall OB, reboots of A4, etc.

Do you have any idea how to solve this?

A4 os : 1.21
OB os : 1.0
mac os : 10.10.3

usb wireless mouse ? had a big problem with mine!

Exact same problem over here.

No, the A4 is the only external device connected to the computer…

Connecting A4 via overhub solved the problem! And now it works also when I plug A4 directly in computer usb port. It seems that I had some usb driver corrupted and connecting via overhub has reconfigured it.
I hope it can help :slight_smile:
