I’m currently running my Digitone Keys using the 4 channel stereo outputs. I want to run my Digitakt stereo output into my Digitone Keys and then back out of the stereo output from the Keys without hearing those four tracks through the main Keys output. In other words I only want to hear the input audio coming out of the main stereo Keys. Is this possible?

You only want to hear the Digitakt through the Digitone Keys? Turning up the external input signal on the master page and muting the four synth tracks doesn’t work?
You’d have to remove the track from main/FX in the settings under audio routing. You can also do this in the pattern menu if you’d like this configuration on a few patterns but not the whole project.
