Is it possible to upload your own sounds?

long time listener, first time caller

This I have had no problem uploading sound packs to my digitone, but I was wondering if it’s possible to upload some sounds of my own to my Digitone the same way that I upload a sound pack? The maniual is vague about this.

More info:
C6 will accept .wav files but I suppose this might be for other products. I noticed that in the config settings there are a few checkboxes under “sample settings” but not sure what they mean. Also, if I click on smaller wav files within C6 the “Digi pro” button in C6 will light up, and if clicked this changes the file to a .syx file. This is my first Elektron product so I am pretty new to all this. I know it’s not a sampler, but it does ALMOST everything I need it to and this would change my world. Thanks!

No. Digitone is purely synthesis-based.

Digipro refers to the wavetable machine on the monomachine.

edit: of course, there are Digitone-specific sound packs, but they only contain the synth parameters, not samples.

Right, okay, that is helpful. I was thinking that when I uploaded a sound pack it contained a “sound” but that makes sense that it is just synth parameter info. Thank you!
