Is it possible to use eight voices on a single track?

I haven’t been able to find any videos of someone playing one of these with a keyboard. Is it possible to use all eight voices on a single track?

Digitone could do it, but it is very hard, cause one would need a second brain to move the left hands fingers…

You can. This is possible by default on initialized patterns as long as no other tracks have sequences active that would be stealing voices.

If anybody’s doing this and captured it I would love to hear some new Elektron max poly count fm sounds played in a traditional keyboard player approach… :loud_sound::ear::yum:

Doesn’t it have unison?
If so you could use them quite easily

I’m not much of a keyboard player, but I’ve been playing around on a controller while designing sounds, the velocity sensitivity assignments are very nice for live playing.

My bandmate is coming over for a jam on Tuesday; maybe I’ll get some footage of him playing some lush 8-note jazz chords using my custom DN patches.

Thanks, it just sounds cool to me. I haven’t heard that much of the DN and I haven’t really seen any vids of people just playing keyboard with elektron sounds, especially with the new poly count I’m curious to hear…
