I’ve been holding off updating, because I’ve been in the middle of some projects. And I still am.
Is OS 1.21 stable and good and dandy? Any significant changes or surprises, broken projects or anything else that I should know about before considering an update? Of course I’m curious about Overbridge, but this question is more on the synth OS itself, when running without Overbridge. I noticed someone wasn’t happy about changed FX sends levels on the Rytm for instance? Any other changes like that on the Keys or Rytm?
only thing i noticed is that FX send thing, but its not a bug just a “fix” that they only could do this way, every kit previously made will sound different now, even all soundpacks we payed for sound “wrong” so you have to adjust all effects on everything you want to use again
The FX send levels has been reverted to the previous state until we find a better way to implement it. This is Rytm only, just to clarify.[/quote]

So the issue is that the FX send levels are too modest, right?
Perhaps you could change the scale? Instead of 0-127 it could go from 0-256? Or something like that? So that the old patches still sound the same, but you can go twice as far, or something?
Or per sound do something like you did when you opened up for heavier use of filters on the Analog 4Keys? A special mode that can be turned on or off, per sound? If this flag isn’t in the sound, it’s by default an old sound? Would this work.
