Hi, just for the record: I’ve recently upgraded to iMac 27 inch top spec 16 gb ram etc and OB is causing a nightmare with Cubase, I have got to the point of just about giving up on it- if this is the condition of OB in beta, then I’m not sure it was really ready for release at all. I wouldn’t worry about upgrading to anything as I doubt it would help.
For quite a while, OB was crashing my Windows 7 PC so hard that control-alt-delete would not let me boot it–I had to do a hard reset.
Installing the latest USB controller drivers from Intel made the problem go away.
