I’m having an issue with the OT where after assigning a pattern to a new Part and making changes to the tracks (i.e. assigning new samples), those changes are affecting other patterns (which are linked to a different Part). I thought that if my pattern existed in a new Part that I could freely change the samples assigned to each track. I even tried assigning a pattern to a new Part within a totally new Bank, but any changes I make are affecting all other patterns in my project (of which there are only 3, all assigned to the same Bank, same Part). Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
You can, but don’t load a new sample onto a slot that is used in a different part, select a sample in a different slot.
Sample slot list is global for the whole project, 128 flex and 128 static samples.
