Jamuary Inspiration (In Case of Emergency, Break Glass)

My brother and I committed to Jamuary, but I was wondering if anyone has some fall-back ideas for those off days.

So far I’ve got these

Sunny Sunday - Are sunny days in Major keys?
Gibson Sundays - don’t just take photos, play it.

Mono Mondays - mono synth starter

Techno Tuesdays - I’m not a techno guy, but no reason not to start
Tuesday Grooveday - Groovebox solo (how much can you do with just a groovebox?)

We Are Elektron Wednesday - Self-explanatory?

Thrasher Thursday - distortion lovers rejoice

Filter Friday - pings, Sweeps, etc…
Feedback Friday - Feedback loops, Delay feedback, any kind of feedback

Saturation Saturday - Gritty goodness

Any other ideas?
Maybe its gear specific, or maybe it weekly themes, or setups?

One Sample/Sound Only – Classic challenge. Pick one sound (e.g. a kick). Manipulate it however you wish, but you only get to use this one sound to build your track

Saved String – Take an old unfinished/unused recording and build a new track around it

Technique focus – Pick a music technique to build your track around. If you’re not sure what to pick, choose a random technique from your synthesized manual, a youtube video, or a music theory glossary

RTFM – variation of the above, but pick a random page from one of your synth’s manuals. You must incorporate what is on that page
