Hi
I for the life of me can’t get my CC faders from my keyboard to control fx on the digitone. No problem with the keys.
Anybody else have such an issue? I have have my cc’s set to channel 9 as that is the channel for fx in the channels section in midi conifig. Have tried all different random channels and cc combinations. If anybody can help I would really appreciate it.

Which keyboard? How are you connecting it to the Digitone?
At the very least on the Digitone, you need to set the following in the GLOBAL SETTINGS > MIDI CONFIG > PORT CONFIG menu:
Also make sure that you have the latest version of the manual from Elektron’s website so that you can look up the correct CC message numbers.
Try this and then get back to us with a specific example of what you want to do if you are still stuck.
My midi controller is a Triton Korg 25
Connected via conventional midi ports.
set INPUT FROM to either “MIDI” or “USB” or both as applicable, activate RECEIVE CC/NRPN.
Check and check , they are both set correct and as in above.
Auto Channels is 10. Is the auto channel the one that recieves CC commands? It’s not working for me anyway when I tries it. Or is the FX Control CH the one that receives CH?. I also tried and no luck. I also tried setting to the the channel of whatever track I want to control and still no luck.
I have no problem sending note messages from midi controller and playing the notes chromatically etc…
Seems the one to use for Fx control…
I have a Korg Taktile 49, not a Triton. As Triton is also a synth, maybe there’s an option to deactivate CC send?

You are right Sezare. I found a setting on the Taktile called [CONTROL MODE] . It has two settings [CONTROL ] and [MIXER] … It was on MIXER and when I switched to CONTROL it started to work!
