Loading samples into MD

Ok, I must be missing something really obvious here, but:

I open up C6

I drag and drop a sample into C6 (I’m using some 909 Goldbaby samples)

I go into the MD Sample Manager and hit recv -> and select an empty slot

The MD says it’s waiting to receive

Now, if I try to upload the sample as a WAV the MD says “Unhandled
Checksum” or “ERROR WRONG PACKET”

It might seem that its needed to convert them .wav files into sysex files first?
How to do that?
Can anybody help me out? :frowning:

I think if you go to settings in C6. Then remove the middle checkbox(I think it says SDS handshake…)

Also, if you’re not using TM-1 then increase delay. 5 should be safe, you can lower it and see if it works.
