Hey folks, having some issues figuring out loading in sample banks. I do what the instructions tell me, but the MD says “cancelled” after the first sample, and erases the first sample in the list.
What am I doing wrong?
I create a snapshot, then go to sample manager, then recv, then select ORG, then let er rip, but it says cancelled every time on the MD, and C6 proceeds as normal. Very frustrating.
pc or mac? and which os?
could be that some c6 settings are incorrect…
make sure that:
“Use Extended SDS” is disabled - the MD can’t use this, it’s only for Rytm.
if you’re using a two-way connection (MIDI in and out), enable “SDS Handshake”.
enable “Send SPS1-UW Name” to transmit the sample name (though this shouldn’t interfere with the transfer per se).

So that didn’t seem to work. It just sits there saying “waiting” now
click send on c6
