Max msp digitakt vst~

Hi there,

I am trying to get my head around the digitakt vst object in max.
What I am struggeling to do is e.g. changing patterns and stopping the digitakt.

For pattern change I tried to send the midievent 144 16 1 (note-on channel 16 midi note 1) but no success, no pattern changed.

Also stopping the digitakt seems not so easy from within max. At least deactivating the global transport does not work.

Any ideas about how to handle pattern change and stopping the whole thing?

Ok, at least I found out how to change the pattern:

“midievent 159 x 127”

x = 0 --> pattern 1
x = 1 --> pattern 2
etc.

I am still struggeling to start / stop my elektron vst device from within the max environment. I set in the midi config that the device should only recieve clock and transport, but no success.

Anyone working with max msp and overbridge vst who can help out?

(sorry, just saw that you figured it out yourself… anyway:)
i only send the notenumber on channel 16 to a midiformat object and then connect the right output to the vst~ object. but i`m also struggling with the transport. i set it to clock & transport but it only works for start and not for stop…
