Metropolix sequence A4

hi

i want to use my metropolix (cv/gate) sequencer to take control of a track with cv gate

can be cool because my A4 is plenty of sounds with preset but how achive this

by controlling pitch and AMP volume ??

to says it differently is it possible to send CV/Gate to CV inputs to take control of the sound without use the internal seq of my A4Mk2?.. wich parameter I need to assign ?? TUN (OSC1 Coarse Tune) + LEV (OSC1 Level) for the gate ? i didn’t understand if it really possible… if not i can try to convert my CV / gate with my disting ex who can translate cv into midi but doing in CV looks better & clever solution … My A4 rocks ! but my metropolix jam a lot also…

I don’t know why you’re referring to “CC”s. The two Control (CV) inputs each receive one voltage signal and basically act as modulation sources for the synth parameters. They are not Pitch and Gate inputs. Therefore you would have to set up your kit to map the first input to oscillator pitch and map the second input to amplifier volume and set the sensitivity for each. I don’t know whether this will give you precisely the effect you are looking for, but you can certainly try it out.
