I’m working on an Octatrack MKII, and I’ve been following this tutorial: It's Not Overbridge for the Octatrack, but It's Close Enough | Emil Smith - Creative Tech Lead
I’m having an issue with the Solo function using MIDI CC 50. When I trigger it with a low value of 2 and a high value of 127, it plays the selected track just fine. However, after one play, I can’t mute that track. Even if I mute it directly on the Octatrack, it keeps playing.
As a test, I tried using MIDI CC 49, and it works well for muting each track when I select the corresponding channel in the “MIDI To” section in Ableton.
I’m using a Roland Um-One MIDI interface to send and receive MIDI. Has anyone else encountered this issue, or does anyone have any suggestions on how to resolve it?
