Midi Ch 3 trig channel 1

I have a setup with a midi keyboard sending sending three splits to channel one track one two track two three track three etcetera.

all works well but sometimes channel three trig notes on track 1. I can’t figure out why. must check with a midi monitor

anything to do with voice stealing?
