Is there a way to play pads 1-8 individually via a MIDI keyboard? Can only play the one currently selected chromatically.
With the autochannel selected on your MIDI controller, the first 8 notes chromatically starting from C0 will trigger each of the DT’s tracks.

In my case, I hadn’t realized this really does mean the lowest notes—on my Arturia Keystep, I had to go down a few octaves before I could play those notes.

Found this out as well, really good to know. Was trying to use an older (80’s) electric drum kit to trigger the tracks. Found a way around it but never figured out how to use the drums directly to the Digitakt.
