has anyone used the md’s midi machines to control parameters on the mnm? in particular, multiple parameters spread among multiple mnm tracks? i’m thinking this approach might be a pathway around the mnm’s live-tweakability limitations.
i assume it can be done, this is just one of those ideas that hit when i’m halfway to sleep and too beat to explore at the moment, not least cos i’ve never once used midi machines before.
curious about the basics, like base channel recommendations, whether you need one md midi machine per mnm track, potential midi data snarls you’ve encountered, that sorta thing.
